Paul has decades of insurance experience, primarily as a sales leader. He also founded Institution Solutions II, a third-party administrator which provided organizations with customized insurance programs. Paul picked up credit union industry experience as a board member of a CUSO. In this role, he works with a variety of innovative programs and services designed to improve members’ financial well-being.

He possesses comprehensive expertise spanning product development, product management, marketing, customer service, and business development. Recent endeavors around the dynamic realm of financial technology, where he dedicates his efforts to aiding credit unions in overcoming challenges and fostering growth through the strategic utilization of emerging technologies.

Rebecca has dedicated her professional career to different fields of marketing with the last decade targeting credit union members, ensuring the credit unions’ core values and experience was delivered, enhancing the member experience and solidifying client loyalty. She brings an array of expertise within insurance, banking, fintech and credit union service organizations, having recently attributed to launching a credit card program.

Dr. Layman has over 30 years of international and domestic experience in the financial services and electronic payments industry. Prior to creating Global Vision Group, Dr. Layman managed the Visa Profitability Consulting practice, as well as all the business research functions, which included performing cost reduction and benchmarking studies. Dr. Layman also headed up efforts to mitigate the impact of personal bankruptcies on creditors, and co-chaired a creditor coalition that helped write, introduce, and lobby US bankruptcy legislation.
